TÜSİAD Omni, Channel Retail and COVID-19 Research

TÜSİAD Retail Working Group announced the “Omni-Channel Retail and COVID-19 Research”, aiming to reveal the impact of COVID-19 on the transformation of omnichannel retail. The research was coordinated by CORPERA Consulting.

The report explores the relationship between multi-channel and e-commerce in Turkey, consumers’ channel choices in food and non-food categories, the change in online shopping during and after the pandemic and the geographical analysis of online spendings during COVID-19.
